Platform worked closely with the team at Skyline for their first project in Dubai. Our team was involved from the design stage, handling the development management scope from start to finish. This included architectural and interior design optimization, project registration and legal support, sales centre operations, show apartment setup, sales and marketing strategy and execution, agency outreach, onboarding, training, and management, general developer operations, and after-sales customer service.

Platform represented both parties in the transaction, structuring a long-term lease over 9-years with a value in excess of AED 300 Million. We worked with the engineering, construction, and technical teams to successfully complete and handover the building in line with the operator’s requirements. We conducted an investment road-show to qualified investment funds in the region and secured multiple offers for the purchase of the building. The latest valuation we conducted for the property values it in excess of AED 750 Million. The building is the largest property in Sonder’s global portfolio.
